New house on a greenfield site on the Isle of wight.
The sloping site has been excavated to give level access to the
boat store on the lowest level which in turn raises the building
to take full advantage of the views across the Solent from the
top floor.
Traditional materials have been used to compliment the vernacular
agricultural buildings that adjoin the site.
