Once the location of MG Architect’s office and formerly a car repair garage we gained planning permission to develop this back land site from a single storey garage to a three storey, four bedroom dwelling. The building has an extensive basement to make the most of the constrained site and a central light well to ensure all spaces receive good levels of natural daylighting.
Small projects can be beautiful too! This side return and rear extension to an Edwardian terrace house in Southfields created an additional living-dining area that opens to the rear garden and a dedicated ground floor toilet/shower room.
